Odoo Learning Partner

Odoo implementation

We move sales, inventory, manufacturing and invoicing into a single system. We configure Odoo around your workflows, migrate the data from your old software and train your team until they can work on their own. We are an Odoo Learning Partner, and the whole team has completed Odoo’s official program for leading implementations.

  • The source code is 100% yours
  • Zero downtime during implementation
  • No hidden costs

What we move into Odoo

Sales and CRM

Quotes, orders and customers in one place, with the history of every conversation. See at any time what was sold and what comes next.

Inventory

Receipts, deliveries and transfers between warehouses, updated as they happen. Know what you have in stock without calling the warehouse.

Manufacturing

Bills of materials, manufacturing orders and material consumption. Plan production from real orders, not from a spreadsheet.

Invoicing and accounting

Invoices go out straight from orders, and payments are matched to them. Accounting works on the same data as the rest of the company.

How we implement Odoo

We follow Odoo’s official methodology, which we learned in the Project Leader Onboarding program. Every stage ends with something you can check.

  1. 1

    Workflow analysis

Before configuring anything, we learn how the company works: who does what, where time is lost and which software you use today. The first analysis is free.

  2. 2

    Configured around your workflows

We configure Odoo around the way you work, not the other way around. We work in short stages and test every workflow in a separate environment, with the people who will use it.

  3. 3

    Data migration

We move customers, products, suppliers and stock from your old software. We check the data together with you before go-live, so you don’t start with errors.

  4. 4

    Team training

Everyone learns their part of the system, on the company’s own data. We stay with the team until they can work on their own, not just until the last session.

  5. 5

    Go-live and support

We only switch the system on once the workflows are tested and the team is ready. After go-live, we stay available for adjustments and questions.

Have a workflow Odoo doesn’t cover?

We write new Odoo modules or connect it to the software you want to keep, such as Saga, SmartBill or eMag Marketplace.

How much does an ERP cost for a factory in Romania

Below we compare the costs of four of the ERPs most widely used by small and mid-sized companies: Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One and Oracle NetSuite. In the interest of transparency: we are an Odoo partner. To make the figures comparable, we calculated them for a concrete case, a manufacturing company in Romania with 15 users, and it wasn’t simple at all, because only two of the four platforms publish their prices. With the other two, you only find out what it costs once you’re in a conversation with a partner.

How to choose an ERP for a manufacturing company: 5 steps

There’s a point in the life of every manufacturing business where growth becomes hard to keep under control. It usually means the system the company was built on can no longer keep up with today’s demands. If you’re losing whole hours to customers, suppliers, invoices and stock, you’ve probably reached the point where you need an ERP.

6 signs your manufacturing business has outgrown its invoicing software

Many manufacturing companies in Romania started out the same way: a few people, a good product and a simple, cheap, effective invoicing program. The owner handles orders and admin, and raw materials get ordered when they run out.
